A: We are still fully operational and fully prepared for you during the covid-19 pandemic.
How long will the dispatch take(handling time) after purchase.
A: All orders are dispatched the same or following day after the customer has made full payment.
Do we accept PO Box delivery?
A: Currently we do not accept PO Box delivery. If you enter your PO BOX address, we will contact you via phone or email directly.
Do we offer international shipping?
A: We only deliver within Australia.
Do we offer Express shipping and if so what is the rate?

What is the estimated time of arrival for different locations?
A: Deliveries are made between Monday and Friday in business hours. The estimated time for customers in NSW, VIC and QLD (metro areas) will be the same or the next day delivery within business hours after we receive payment in full. The estimated time for SA is 2 days. Customers in WA, NT and TAS may expect a longer delivery time (3-5 business days).
Are we responsible for the location change after the item has been shipped?
